techzone12: How to determine average house price by Area?
I live in NJ and I am planning to buy a house, but I keep hearing that house prices are going to drop even more. How can someone keep track of the average house prices, to see if they are dropping or not?

Realtor.com has listings.
zillow and redfin have prices too. Prices have a long way to go, but I check those sites once in a while.
