Devine: Can someone that is deployed enroll his fiancee in deers?
He is presently deployed and is about to go on leave (R&R).He is planning on getting married on leave.His fiancee is in Nigeria.Can she be enrolled in deers while she is Nigeria and he is deployed?

not as long as she is only his fiancee…. to enroll in DEERS they must be married
