How do you i think its called defragment your computer.and if its not it then how do i sweep the comp and start over with everything.i really need to do it so ????

if u want to start over with everything u have to format the harddrive
to do that go to My computer, than right click the harddrive u want to format and click format…
warning if u had windows 98 b4 and upgraded to windows xp this will bring u back to windows 98
