how do i save a pic of my desktop? some ppl say apple shift 3 but i cant find apple
thank you guys for helping BUT it isn’t working i pressed print and what not and yea nothing

hit the print screen button on your keyboard then past it into a program like paint or paintshop pro. To do that in the program go to file then hit past.

on the keyboard,just to the right of backspace arrow key is ‘print screen/sysreq’, press that takes a snapshot of screen to paste into a doc.Press ‘alt/printscreen’ should take a snapshot of the window in use to paste into a doc.Or visa versa

Apple Shift 3 will work on a Mac computer – the apple key has a symbol of an apple and also probably a symbol like curly 4-petal flower. It’s on the bottom row of the keyboard about 3 in from the left.

On a Windows computer, you use the Print Screen button which is usually in the right half of the keyboard and close to the top. If you want the entire screen, use “Print Screen” by itself but if you only want the active window, hold down the Alt key and while you hold it down, press the “Print Screen” key – let go of both.

Now just use Paint or whatever else you prefer and choose Edit – Paste, or right-click and Paste, or hold Control and press V then let both go.
