blackblue: Can I use colored film to print black & white pictures using an enlarger?
My photo class only uses black and white film but I have some colored rolls of film that I’ve already gotten developed by a photo lab. My question is, can I put my colored negatives in one of my school’s enlargers and print a picture? Would the paper we use for black and white photos work?
Thanks guys!

yes
It would work, but you will not have much contrast in the prints. Use a No. 4 contrast paper or a paper designed specifically for printing as you wish to do – using a color negative film to make a B&W print. I forget the name of the stuff, but some other answerer might help us out here.
You can try the red filter also, to increase contrast in your print.
Answer by Mere_MortalI believe black & white paper made for color negatives is called Panalure.
