I know China is a communist country where the government owns most of the things. How much power does their president Hu Jin Tao and their government possess? How long is the term of the president? How much terms can the president serve?

The power lies in the provincial leaders sort of like governers in the US. They have the power to turn their provinces into little fidedoms.
The CCP policobuero also seems to have considerably more power than him too as strangely many of his speeches have been censored much to his own surprise.

CCP government censors internet, newspaper, and television. If you search “Tienanmen Square Massacre” or “Free Tibet” on internet in China it will be banned and blocked.

Thousands websites are blocked totally, such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter. Because such websites have informations and CCP is afraid of Chinese citizens know the truth.
CCP is so powerful, it has the One Child Policy. Violator of such policy is killed babies and force the mother to abort.
