the astronaut: How much chemistry is required in pre-medicine or in med school?
I’m looking into becoming a doctor in the future. I’m currently taking AP chemistry as a junior and will be taking AP bio as a senior. I just want to know how much knowledge in chemistry is required while studying medicine, and whether it is mostly biology or not since I’m not amazing in chemistry.
Thanks!

The premed courses include 2 semesters of bio, 4 semesters of chem (general and organic), 2 semesters of physics, math through calculus, and English. So yes, there’s a lot of chemistry involved.
