Cat                 ?

I have a question about my cat. So I have one of those water jugs or what ever there called where your pets can drink out of.

Looks like this:

What she does is at least 10 times a day she goes to the thing and plays in the water. She swings at it with her paws and will empty almost the whole thing out by the end of the day. Therefore the whole damn floor is wet.

She also straddles the toilet and plays in the toilet water? O_o

Is she just fascinated with water?

How do I get her to stop?

well cats are very clean so it could just be that she’s cleaning her paws…..alot.

Not to make this sound mean. but to find out if she actually likes playing in water, spray her with a water bottle. My cat boots loves water and I found out this way. He was doing the same things as your cat. If she reacts weird to it or flips out, there’s always a way to stop her from swooshing the water out of the bowl. Just spray her with the bottle every time she starts doing it and close the bathroom door when you come out.

keep your toilet seat down because if your cat drinks any of the water she could get a stomache infection also perhaps see if she likes a shower, just a gentle drizzle in the morning this should satisfy her need to get wet then just get a usual water bowl for her that wont autamatically refill 🙂

play with her in the watery mess 😉 jk lol my cat, Dewie also loves water! its amazing haha but yeah, give her a normal water dish and keep the toilet lid down. a spray bottle is not a bad idea lol

btw, you MUST tell me how you get the blank space in the question! >.< "Cat ?" how you do that!!!???
