Cartoon???

I remember a few years ago I was really into this one online cartoon. It had something to do with a cactus. I remember parts of some of the episodes.

there was a crime scene and all of a sudden he finds A1 steak sauce and his cell phone goes off.

another part:
“I’m to sexy for the window, to sexy for the window…”

any help or idea of what this cartoon might be is awesome.
