There are a lot of health and wellness publications- both in print and on the internet. Fitness Magazine, Health, Alive, Women’s Health, etc. Most of them have paid staff, but smaller publications will often accept articles from freelance writers. You’ll have to check with each pub to find out about their submission policies.
