: Can working at a fastfood restuarant like Wendy’s cause lung cancer?
I don’t have lung cancer. I hope I never do and i symphasize with families that lose loved ones and those who have to suffer the long road to recovery or not… I recently had a showing on a cat-scan a 5mm nodule last March and ever since i have been so paranoid… But yet it didn’t show up in a x-ray.. I’m just hoping for the best and may god find a cure for cancer!

No, not really. To file a lung cancer claim against them you’d have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that you were constantly exposed to lung-cancer-causing carcinogens, like asbestos or second-hand-smoke, and you weren’t, so, no.
Good luck!… ☺

It can cause other issues, though. And, if there is something wrong being done about the air in a particular store, then lung cancer can come into play. Just as Asbestos in the ceiling can cause problems with the lungs…if the particular store has that issue. Not a Wendy’s thing, though.
