yeah, airlines should be charged a fee every year but honestly, if people were ticketed for polluting the air it would get pretty ridiculous

No, I don’t think so. There are too many airplanes to be giving them tickets. And also, with airplanes they make money. Like cars, they wouldn’t give you tickets for polluting the air. Same thing as the airplane: too many to be giving them tickets.
