Have you tried the “dummies” section of Barns and Nobles?
I’m just saying… You know… Stock Market for Dumbies?
I can’t even say for sure that a book exsists but… I’m guessing it does. What I can say is this:
If you want a dumbies crash course on the “stock market” you can contact me either by email or IM.
I’m pretty dumb!
Just saying!
Beyond that all I can say is be suspisious of Initial Public Offerings or IPO’s. *shrugs*
Answer by muncie birderThe first responder has exactly the right idea. The name of the book is “Investing for Dummies”. It is an excellent beginning book. There is a companion book “Mutual Funds for Dummies” also good.
