No. Certain Muslim-based countries prohibit it, others discourage it by unwritten laws. Like, if a daughter is Muslim and runs off and marries a Christian, her father and brothers will “mercifully” stone her to death.
It is possible in most of the countries, except some Muslim countries.
But people from the countries that doesn’t allow this kind of marriage can always fly to other countries to get married.
(but first they need to know the laws for the country they want to get married in)
Depending on how religious the parents are they might agree to it or not, But if you are older than 18 in most countries you don’t need your parents agreement.
