de asking one: Can a non-resident buy and finance a car if he is not a citizen of the U.S?
Alright so I’m going to college in the U.S but my dad lives in another country and he wants to buy me a car in the U.S and finance it either under his name or his companies name. Is this possible for him to buy something and finance it if he does not have a “credit-score” ? I’m 18 so I’m not to sure they are going to let me buy a car of 20-30 grand if I’m only 18 thx!

No. Lenders require you to be a legal resident.
Doesn’t mean you can’t buy a car. I know a guy who was just visiting the US and bought a brand new car. He paid cash.
