Girl… assuming that you know the business inside out…
firstly you need to know abt the “finance requirement”…. esp the capital that you would invest… the wages…liciencing cost etc….
These details can be searched over the internet…. via… seaching…good names of saloon.
you can also visit… the embassy of Norway…and seek help from them….
about seminar… try to get on line registration….or… get registered with a local saloon authority.. (if there is any);
