laboissiere_usa: I-130 – How to bring a disabled brother with my parents to United States under immigration laws ?
Sooner I’ll be filling I-130 form to bring my parents from Brazil to live in United States. But I have my 40 year old brother who is mentally disabled. My parents takes care of him, which means that we need to bring him to USA also. Please could someone help me with this.

Include all of them in the one l-130 and the affidavits of support for all three. You have to get him with them and not your parents, if that helps you also take care of him.
