ok, look this is every girls issue. But the stuff in our chests arent muscles, its tissue, so u cant increse it my an exersise, eating a certain food, or having…sex. How u would think sex increses ur bust size is beyond me! If it bothers you, where a padded bra, or get implants (ive heard the plastic surgeons are perverts though).Answer by ucantzme

I came across a work out in a magazine once specifically designed for that. If I remember correctly, doing elevated push-ups, with the hands being on something elevated, is a good exercise for that. There are muscles in your chest that the breast rest on. There are probably a lot more exercises than that though. Sorry I couldn’t help much more.Answer by mad_1240
do light body weights and do chair push-ups
the push-up you get three chairs and put two the sides and
the third chair put your feet up on and let your chest go down

Well, i have to tell ya that there are no muscles in your breasts. You have pectoral muscles but your breasts are strictly fat deposit. If you’re looking to perk them up a bit, and i’m assuming that you’re a woman, you can work your pectorals out. Now, that being said, after you’ve had children your breasts will never have the volume and perkiness that they once had, but do some pectoral excersize(google it) and you make em sit a bit higher. Also, i’d recommend using a collogen elastin lotion to increase elasticity, so that the skin can be a bit tighter.Answer by BabeHeart
There are no muscles in your breasts, but you can look up “chest exercises” to see about firming the muscles behind the breasts.
This won’t increase your breast size, but will help them appear more uplifted (esp if they haven’t begun to sag).
