: What brand of shoes should I buy for running?
I’ve basically gone through three-five pairs of shoes because I run in our driveway (its gravel and has big rocks) and my shoes keep wearing out fast. I run more than five times a day, everyday, for fifteen-forty five minutes. At this point, prices don’t matter. I just want a pair of shoes that will last me more than half a year. A year, if that’s even possible. What brand of shoes would you suggest that I buy?

Nike. Nike has some real nice quality shoes. The Nike Free Runs are pretty popular. They feel great and i really like the style and color of them. Wanted them, but they cost too much.Answer by ~RunFaster~
If you are focused on using your shoes for running I would definitely get Brooks, or Saucony, and if you ask any other long distance runners, they will most likely agree. These companies are specialized in running shoes and offer the best selection. Although Nike has good running shoes, Their best shoes are their running flats and their training shoes aren’t as great, but still good.
One thing you should consider is that you shouldn’t use your running shoes for anything except running. Get an extra pair to do what ever you want, but do not use your running shoes for anything else.
Also if you have a specialized running store in your area that would be a great help. The owners know what they are doing and go through a series of tests to see what type of foot you have so they know what shoe would best fit your needs. Happy Running!
Answer by LewisReebok EasyTone Shoes are all the rage with balance pods that, as the advertisements claim, create instability which “encourages toning through increased muscle activation” in the glutes, hamstrings and calves. In theory, it makes sense that an unstable surface may activate your leg muscles in a different way, but does that lead to toned hips and thighs? There are no objective scientific studies to prove their claims and science already tells us that toned legs come from regular cardio and strength training. EasyTones may make being on your feet more comfortable, but they won’t take the place of regular workouts.
