Are their any cheap motels in or near Moncton NB, that let you stay with your dog? He is a small Shi-Tzu…and we will not leave him in a Kennel that long.

La Quinta usually takes dogs everywhere. They are generally cheap & (sometimes) have nice rooms.

Best Western has franchises in Canada, and they allow dogs. Other than that, no clue.

Future Inns ($ 65 USD a night) and Econo Lodge ($ 80 USD a night) seem to be the best bets, based solely on affordability and pet-friendliness.
