Any fast food place will hire you, and if you’ve had no experience, they will usually just hire you on the spot without interview.

ONLY 17? You can get a job at 16. Well, in Oklahoma you can. There are some things you can do at 15.

I got a job as a car-hop for Sonic when I was 15.

Yeah seriously, they usually dont require any experience. Its all on the job training. Just go fill out an app and maybe show a little cleavage, that worked for me….wait….what?

well, mickey d’s is only doing applications on-line now.go to mcdonalds.com and follow the prompts to the applications. since this is your first job make sure they know that .and when they ask for your availability make sure it’s as open as possible. if you don’t hear back in a week, go to the mickey d’s you applied for and ask for the hiring mgr. and ask about the status of your application. don’t call, let them see how nice and presentable you are ( don’t bother them if they are busy ) they will be more likely to talk to you more in depth if it’s a slow period. good luck !!

It’s a luck of the draw cause I tried back when I was your age but could never get a job there. I don’t know where you live but i think the best after school job is at the Piercing Pagoda its fun and interesting and less messy. They should be hiring this time of year.

You are plenty old enough to get a job at fast food…in fact, where I live, it is legal for fast food places to hire at 12!!! So anyway, just fill out the application. If you don’t have any work experience, you could always include things like volunteer, or even babysitting, or something like that.

Fast food restaraunts are not going to look for other fastfood experience when you are only 17. (It may be a bonus if you did but it is not looked down upon if you don’t) Fill in your application completely though paying special attention to things such as your extra curricular activities, sports teams, clubs, including any volunteer work. They will look for a friendly personality that will work hard. Don’t be afraid to request an interview or to ask the particular restaraunt their hiring process. Also, look clean cut and if you want to talk to a manager don’t turn it in during the lunch or dinner rush. Good luck!
