Lindsey Brandt: How many pets are allowed in a average house in California?
I want a new cat but one of the excuses of my parents is that we may more pets than we are allowed to have so how many pets are allowed in the average house in California?

Unless you rent ur home, there is no limit. I have 6 dogs and 2 cats and live in CA.
