jessica: Algebra………….?
…Im going into ninth grade, and my teacher recommended me for Algebra. I was wondering if there was a difference between the norm and algebra or did she just recommend me for something I’m already going to take.

Weird, I don’t think she recommended you for just ”algebra”. Anyone can take it. You don’t have to be recommended. She probably recommended you to take advanced algebra classes or something.
Its pretty easy if you have a good teacher. You will probably cover teh following:
Polynomials
Formulas
Monomials
Exponents
Volume
Other easy peesy stuff
Trust me and do it. Im in 7th grade and in the uper 10% of the class
